Hello! My name is Sam, and I am a Realtor. I am also a Mom, an athlete, a philanthropist, avid coffee drinker, non-fiction reader, kind klutzy, very outdoorsy Southerner who follows God, loves to cook, and overuses jazz hands.
I was born and raised in Mobile, Alabama giving me ample time to learn the distinct caveats and quirky distinctions each of the different areas in both Mobile and Baldwin Counties possess. After growing up in the Catholic school system and attending McGill Toolen Catholic High School, I graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Rhetorical Theory. What does one do with a degree in Rhetorical Theory? Evidently, they go into politics. I worked at Strategy, Inc for about 6 years specializing in research analytics and campaign strategy for various corporate, non-profit, and political clients. Judge Edmond Naman asked me to help him lead a reform effort of the Juvenile Court System in Mobile County in 2008, which was one of the most amazing (and challenging) projects I have ever had the opportunity to experience. I then had two beautiful children and decided it was time to be a Mom while they were still little.
I started my real estate career in 2013 and instantly fell in love with the idea of using my experience in cultivating research based solutions and my love for relationship building to help people find their new home, vacation rental, or office space. I presently live in Spanish Fort with my daughter, Avery and my son, Kohen. Currently, I am a proud board member for the USA Children's and Women's Hospital Development Council, and am active in the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital fundraising efforts. I have had the pleasure of sitting on the board as Vice President of the United Way of Baldwin County Young Leader's Society, as well as Trustee of the Alabama Outward Bound School. In 2013, I was nominated as the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society Woman of the Year. In April of this year, I am looking forward to participating in my second Memphis2Mobile run, which sounds brutal but is actually pretty amazing.
Thanks for stopping by my page, I look forward to having a chance to speak with you regarding what I can do to help you take that first step toward your next investment. I have experience in commercial and residential real estate, and would be happy to meet with you at anytime.
