We recently relocated from California for my husbands job and I was referred to Sue by my employer. Our travel time to Texas was limited over a 6 month period and Sue was ready and available all 3 times we visited, even when we only gave her a week or a days notice. She would spend all day/weekend with us and show us as many houses as possible so that we could get the lay of the land. There was a lot to consider while trying to figure out what part of Austin we wanted to focus on. She covered lots of ground with patience and helped us narrow our search. We did meet with her collegue who showed us a few houses one day while Sue had a conflict. Both of them make an excellent team. Our house in California had to sell first and she was patient with our timing keeping us updated from afar. If we saw something online that we thought we might like, she would go by it in person and let us know the details since she had a good sense of what we were looking for. Being that we spent long days with her on our visits, Sue was very nice to be around, easy going, knowledgeable, patient, and organized. Moving from one state to another is not an easy task. We had our moments and Sue was always there with answers and a professional and calming manner to get us through. Once her negotiating was done and out offer was accepted her team was very detailed and organized walking us through the process seamlessly. Sue was there with us all the way through the closing and beyond. She has provided us with current events happening in Austin, names of handymen, doctors, hairdressers, etc. I've already recommended her to a friend who may relocate to Austin and if we were to leave Texas we would use her to sell our home.
