My Community Involvement

  • In 2000 Steve was recognized by REALTORŪ Magazine as one of the nation's top 30 agents under the age of 30. He was elected by his peers to the Board of Directors for the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service, Inc., 1998-2003 and served as Chairman in 2002. He was also elected to the Board of Directors of the Ada County Assoc. of Realtors 2003-2005 where he served as Vice President and President Elect. In 2004 he was selected as one of twelve REALTOR'sŪ in the state of Idaho to participate in a national leadership training program. He received the 2002 "Outstanding Service Award" from the Ada County Association of Realtors for his service and dedication to the industry. Steve has worked hard to gain the respect of his peers and has gained a reputation for being extremely honest and straight forward as a broker and local leader of his colleagues. Mr. Osburn served on the Board of Directors of the 2009 Special Olympics World Winter Games held in Boise Idaho USA. Steve was the Designated Broker and Owner of Windermere Real Estate/Capital Group, Inc. from March 2001 to June 2011 when he sold the brokerage to Windermere Access Realty to return to sales full time.
